新发布标准中涉及蒸馏法海水淡化的标准共有三项。

HY/T 0430-2024《多效蒸馏海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能的测定  硫酸钙沉积法》、HY/T 0431-2024《低温多效海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能的测定  人工海水碳酸钙沉积法》——两项标准分别适用于多效蒸馏海水淡化阻垢剂抑制硫酸钙垢析出的阻垢性能的测定和低温多效海水淡化阻垢剂阻碳酸钙垢性能的测定。目前国内外尚没有海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能的评价标准，两项标准的发布实施可为海水淡化阻垢剂性能评价提供技术依据，同时也对规范和促进蒸馏法海水淡化技术的发展具有重要意义。

HY/T 0432-2024《蒸馏海水淡化用铝合金热交换管》——该标准规定了蒸馏海水淡化用铝合金热交换管的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存，适用于蒸馏海水淡化用铝合金热交换管的生产、检验和使用。该标准可规范海水淡化热交换用铝合金热交换管技术要求，为海水淡化行业的装备设计、开发和验收检验提供相关依据，促进蒸馏海水淡化领域材料应用技术水平的提高和相关技术指标的改善，同时也为有色金属行业研发具有自主知识产权的海水淡化专用高耐蚀铝合金热交换管材指明方向，这对促进我国海水淡化技术发展和推动中国在国际海水淡化领域的影响具有重要意义。

Our Chinese partner, Tianjin Desalination Institute, actively participated in the development of these standards, highlighting their expertise and contribution to the desalination industry. Below are the details of the newly released standards:

1. HY/T 0430-2024: "Determination of Scale Inhibition Performance of Antiscalants for Multi-Effect Distillation Desalination: Calcium Sulfate Deposition Method"

2. HY/T 0431-2024: "Determination of Scale Inhibition Performance of Antiscalants for Low-Temperature Multi-Effect Desalination: Artificial Seawater Calcium Carbonate Deposition Method"

·Scope:

o The first standard applies to the evaluation of the scale inhibition performance of antiscalants in preventing calcium sulfate scaling in multi-effect distillation desalination.

o The second standard is used to measure the scale inhibition performance of antiscalants targeting calcium carbonate scaling in low-temperature multi-effect desalination.

·Significance:

o Currently, there are no domestic or international evaluation standards for the performance of antiscalants in desalination processes.

o These standards provide a technical foundation for assessing the performance of antiscalants, while also standardizing and advancing the development of distillation-based desalination technology.

3. HY/T 0432-2024: "Aluminum Alloy Heat Exchange Tubes for Distillation Desalination"

·Scope: Specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of aluminum alloy heat exchange tubes for distillation desalination.

·Significance:

o Regulates technical standards for aluminum alloy heat exchange tubes in desalination.

o Provides a reference for the design, development, and acceptance of desalination equipment.

o Enhances the material application technology and performance indicators in the distillation desalination field.

o Guides the nonferrous metals industry in developing high-corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy heat exchange tubes with independent intellectual property rights for desalination.

o Contributes to the advancement of China’s desalination technology and enhances its influence in the international desalination industry.

These standards will play a crucial role in supporting technological advancements, ensuring the quality of materials and processes, and fostering the sustainable development of the desalination sector.
