在中国新发布的标准中,涉及反渗透海水淡化相关膜产品标准共有五项。
HY/T 0422-2024《反渗透膜污染物鉴别试验方法》——该标准确立了热重法、扫描电镜-能谱法、红外光谱法和X射线衍射法对反渗透膜表面附着污染物的鉴别方法,适用于对反渗透膜表面附着的无机污染物、有机污染物和微生物污染物及其混合污染物的鉴别。其他分离膜的污染物鉴别可参考执行。该标准建立了一套科学、统一的污染物鉴别试验方法,为准确掌握膜污染物情况提供标准化的检测技术支撑,对提高反渗透膜分离性能和产水品质,维护用户利益,规范行业市场具有重要意义和实用价值。
HY/T 0426-2024《中空纤维纳滤膜组件》——该标准规定了中空纤维纳滤膜组件的分类与型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存,适用于中空纤维纳滤膜组件的设计、制造与检验。该标准有利于规范纳滤膜组件市场,满足净水处理、环保等行业对膜产品的使用要求,对中空纤维纳滤膜组件的设计、制造与检验具有重要指导意义。
HY/T 0427-2024《碟管式反渗透膜组件》——该标准规定了碟管式反渗透膜组件的分类与型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存,适用于碟管式反渗透膜组件的设计、制造与检验,其他碟管式膜组件的设计、制造与检验参照使用。该标准有助于规范碟管式膜系列产品的研发、生产、销售和应用,促进碟管式膜技术的科学健康发展,提升该领域产品的国际竞争力,促进膜分离和水处理技术水平提高,健全膜产品领域标准体系。
HY/T 0428-2024《碟管式反渗透膜袋》——该标准规定了碟管式反渗透膜袋的分类与型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存,适用于碟管式反渗透膜袋的设计、制造与检验,其他碟管式膜袋的设计、制造与检验参照使用。碟管式反渗透膜袋是一种高性能分离膜材料,在污染物浓度高、含盐量高、常规工艺处理难度大、出水水质要求高或回用的水处理领域广泛应用。该标准对提升碟管式反渗透膜袋产品的整体质量、促进碟管式反渗透膜袋产品的健康发展具有重要意义。
HY/T 0429-2024《聚四氟乙烯中空纤维微孔膜》——该标准规定了聚四氟乙烯中空纤维微孔膜的型号、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和包装、运输和贮存,适用于聚四氟乙烯中空纤维微孔膜的生产、使用和检验,其他型式的聚四氟乙烯膜可参考执行。聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜的研发制造体现了国产膜技术的先进性,该标准可用于指导聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜产品的规范化生产和测试,为创新型特种膜产品的技术推广和应用提供接口,对于引导膜产业发展,优化膜产业结构意义重大。
Our Chinese partner, Tianjin Desalination Institute, actively participated in the development of these standards, demonstrating its professional expertise and industry influence in the field of membrane technology. Below are the five newly released standards related to reverse osmosis desalination membrane products:
1. HY/T 0422-2024: "Test Method for Identification of Contaminants in Reverse Osmosis Membranes"
